THIS WEEK'S 'STICK WITH IT' CHALLENGE!

This week, alongside the daily Twitter challenges, we want you to try and visit some of the key areas of our website and try out some of the web-links.  The hope is that you find something that you haven't had a go at before!

Throughout the week, visit each of the internal links below and choose something to have a go at (just one thing on the page).

On Friday, if you have completed each of the Twitter challenges and visited each page, please post a photo of you holding up a homemade sign/your stick character that says: "I stuck with it!"

Monday's Challenge

Monday's Challenge 1

 Today's challenges:

  1. Now, more than ever, we need to be able to 'stick with it' - just to stay safe.  Make your own 'stick character' (any materials - sticks would be great) with your own 'hang in there type slogan, eg "Stick with it!  Stick with us etc!" The more original the slogan, the better.  Pop it in your window or by your front door to cheer up your friends and neighbours.
  2. You could even write your own version of the Julia Donaldson Stick man story (Youtube link below).
  3. Start a 'looking forward to' jar.   Every time you wish you could do something, go somewhere, have a treat, see somebody etc, write it down on a small piece of paper and pop it in a jar.  Tweet us a picture of your jar - why don't you decorate it to make it even more special.
  4. One day, when things are more settled in the world, this can become a very special family 'to do list'.  We will all be so much more grateful for the little and lovely things we have in our life. Enjoy the jar filling up with magical things to share.
