  • We are the dodgeball champions!

    Wed 27 Apr 2016

Congratulations to the Bedford Dodgeball Team who won the Sefton Schools Dodgeball Tournament on Wednesday 27th April.

Every member of our team worked very hard before the competition, practising every week and improving their dodgeball skills.

The Bedford Team was up against some tough competition from other schools, but our hard work paid off and we outplayed the other teams to take first place.

    Well done Team Bedford!

  • Brilliant Brits at Bedford

    Fri 22 Apr 2016

Bedford played host to a stellar cast of Great Brits on Friday 22nd April as part of British Heroes Week and to celebrate St George's Day on April 23rd.

A selection of the VIPs included Queen Victoria, Rebecca Adlington, Dame Vera Lynn and Princess Diana to name but a few.

Some of the amazing costumes were showcased in our Great Brits Fashion Show with children taking to the catwalk.

Thank you to parents and guardians for the thought, time and effort put in to the costumes - they were brilliant!

  • Be a famous Brit for the day

    Mon 11 Apr 2016

As part of our British Heroes Week we will be celebrating St George's Day on Friday 22nd April 2016 and we would love the children to come dressed as a famous British person.

The person can be dead or alive, a pop star, a member of the Royal Family, a sports personality, a scientist or any other famous Brit who has made an impact on the world.

We will be learning all about St George and how the day is celebrated throughout the country. The Bedford Bistro will be offering some great British food to join in the spirit of the day.

A prize will be given to the best dressed pupil in each year group.
We look forward to seeing your creations!
