Bedford Primary's Garden Gang recently set up the Bedford Barrel on the main yard to sell some of the produce recently harvested from our garden. Some of the items for sale included spring onions, three types of lettuce, wild flowers and fresh herbs. We also produced the biggest cauliflower in the world - see the evidence pictured below!

The children planted the produce earlier in the year and decided on what they wanted to sell. They organised the sale, made their own signs, discussed  the pricing of their goods and how much profit they could make and did a brilliant job of selling on the day. The Garden Gang raised over £22 towards our B.E.S.T Charity - well done to you all!
